A word about our data collection …. Our permit and new, resale, and land sales data are derived from our in-house analysis of the raw permit and closing government record each month. We do not use the sampling techniques used by most data providers, nor do we interview subdivision sales agents for their own versions of sales or permit activities. This effort eliminates the special interest spin or conclusions based on partial data so often a part of less stringent data collection methods.
Our monthly publishing cycle generates timely data versus quarterly collection. Magic Pro is normally updated on the 15th of the month with last months complete data.

Each dataset "drawer" in Magic Pro contains a data set, for example, new home closings and permits at the subdivision level, or land and lot sales transactions for the last 24 months, or new home product offerings at the floor plan level.
Subscribers can choose which drawer or drawers they would like to have access to, so they pay only for the data they have a need to access.
Magic Pro consists of a series of data sets referred to as REPORT TYPES as shown below which can be subscribed to separately as needed.
As already noted, the power of the MAGIC PRO application is the ability to extensively select and filter the data to produce the precise information the user needs.
Then, the results can be analyzed using the tools provided by Microsoft Excel and Access, turning the selected data into meaningful analysis with this powerful interface.
