Due Diligence Reports
Our firm is a highly respected regional research and analysis firm with an unblemished reputation for thorough research and qualified, thoughtful analysis.
The firm has been preparing market analysis and feasibility for clients continuously since the early 1980s. Over time, our firm has prepared due diligence and feasibility on most of the major and minor master-planned community activities that have been proposed within the region as well as in the Prescott, Flagstaff, Sedona, and Tucson areas.
Due diligence analysis is prepared at the request of the client to meet the specific requirements of the client.
Typical due diligence reports are used for the acquisition of project financing, preparation of internal feasibility, litigation, and other complex challenges needing highly qualified third-party opinion and analysis.
Due diligence reports generated by the firm are personally prepared by RL Brown using all of the resources and experience of the firm. Contrary to the practice of many firms performing third-party due diligence, we do not use interns, graduate students, or third-party contract employees to produce due diligence reports.
Due diligence reports are held in the strictest confidence and are typically protected by the client- drafted confidentiality agreements.
Prior to the start of work and after consultation with the client, the firm prepares a Scope of Work which is agreed-upon with the client prior to the start. The firm is diligent in meeting the agreed-upon content, scheduling and cost parameters.
The firm also regularly prepares summary opinion letters relative to proposed development activities within the region. These opinion letters can take whatever level of comprehensiveness is needed to meet the needs of the client.
