LOG IN WITH YOUR EMAIL AND PASSWORD FOR ACCESS AT THE UPPER LEFT OF THE MAGIC PRO SCREEN AT www.rlbrownreports.com/magicweb.aspx This will take you to the screen where you log in to Magic Pro by entering your email and password in the spaces on the upper left of the screen.
If you are a new subscriber, you must first REGISTER by filling out the registration form found by hovering over the drop-down screen on the MAGIC PROFESSIONAL tab at the top of this web page and submitting it.
You will receive an email from us [you may need to check your spam filter] acknowledging your registration and giving the next steps.
You will then NEED TO LET US KNOW WHAT DATASETS YOU WISH TO SUBSCRIBE TO by sending an email to joann.rlbrownreports@gmail.com with your selection. If you need additional information to make that desision, call us at 623-341-1127 and ask us or schedule a Zoom meeting with us to answer those questions.
We will then email you an invoice with a quick pay button on the cover to the letter. Once we receive your payment, we will open your account and you will have access to the data you have subscribed to. That can be immediately after we receive your payment.
You can then log in at the top left of the Magic Pro screen by entering your email and your password. Once logged in the data sets you chose to subscribe to will be "clickable" and show a BLUE button when clicked, and you will have access to the reports and data. NO BLUE BUTTON means you are NOT logged in and should close Magic Pro and re-open the program.
Other members of your firm can also have access at no added charge. They will each need to register for Magic Professional as noted above and will then have access to the same datasets you have subscribed to.

A word about our data collection …. Our permit and new, resale, and land sales data is derived from our in-house analysis of the raw permit and closing government record each month. We do not use the sampling techniques used by most data providers, nor do we interview subdivision sales agents for their sales or permit activities. This effort eliminates the special interest spin or conclusions based on partial data so often a part of less stringent data collection methods.
Our monthly publishing cycle generates timely data versus quarterly collection.

Each dataset "drawer" in Magic Pro contains a data set, for example, new home closings and permits at the subdivision level, or land and lot sales transactions for the last 24 months, or new home product offerings at the floor plan level.
Subscribers can choose which drawer or drawers they would like to have access to, so they pay only for the data they have a need to access.
Magic Pro consists of a series of data sets referred to as REPORT TYPES as shown below which can be subscribed to separately as needed.
Note: The Permits By Plan dataset is only available for Tucson. The Commercial Permits and Commercial Closings files are not currently available.
Subscribers to the SALES AND PERMIT DATASET also have access to a series of PREFORMATTED automatically generated “ONE CLICK” reports each month as shown below. [Note that not all reports are available under each subscription]. These reports are great resources.

Note that MAGIC PRO provides for built-in extensive filtering of the data and the data fields allowing the subscriber to extract precisely the data that he has a need for and with unlimited flexibility.
You can create just any report that you need in any dataset, save it, and recall it for use each month or just when you need it, updated with the latest data. This is a tremendous time saver!
As already noted, the power of the MAGIC PRO application is the ability to extensively select and filter the data to produce the precise information the user needs.
Then, the results can be analyzed using the tools provided by Microsoft Excel and Access, turning the selected data into meaningful analysis with this powerful interface.
